As the sole architect of this project, I owned every step — from concept to execution. I redesigned VitrA’s Amazon storefront from a passive catalog into a conversion-first sales ecosystem, handling the full visual design, structural overhaul, and content production myself. Category-specific funnels, technical-to-lifestyle storytelling, and a layout optimised to convert high-intent traffic into buyers. The result: +176% revenue growth, +57% AOV, and a bounce rate as low as 14%.

I spotted the rise of tweed in international fashion markets before it hit mainstream — and backed it with Google Trends data. While no competitor had made a move yet, I pushed for a dedicated category page on Koton’s website and built it from the ground up with fully SEO-optimised content. I made sure “tüvit” appeared strategically across product names, descriptions, and page content — exactly where search algorithms and shoppers needed to see it.

The timing was right and the execution was clean. Koton ranked #1 on SERP for the category, organic traffic grew, and sales followed. But the impact didn’t stop at search — the demand data we captured fed directly into product teams, who used it as a signal to expand the tweed collection.
